This insurance sucks and the representatives are ruder and more patronizing than DMV workers. I feel like I'm asking for a favor when I call Seledent. Furthermore, The owner also does not seem too professional. He/she actually responded in a very schoolgirl, snarky and nasty manner to another review. Very pleased with the customer service I received from an associate, Mike Gunther. He helped me to track the status of my missing dental claim and was very helpful and professional.
The worst dental insurance, a friend of mine made an appointment at a dentist that is supposed to be in the network, and when she went to the appointment they told her that they did not accept that insurance, that she had to pay cash, the truth is that this insurance is useless. the worst insurance. They have a list of providers, and when you go to check if the dentist is on the list, and then you call and they say they don't take that insurance, I've already checked several and almost none of them take it.
I don't understand why the customer service reps are so dismissive of clients request for help. Was put on hol because I asked too many questions. Called back on different phone line and Claudia told me I was put on hold because the person needed a break. Don't they understand we are the reasons they have a job?
