rude customer service
Terrible customer service. The woman who answers not only disconnects your call when you ask for another rep to help because of her tone and attitude she also tells you " I already told you that answer" . the gentleman that answers is always kind, helpful and nice.
7 out of the 8 dentists I called that Seledent has listed on their website aren't actually currently in network
If I could rate no stars I would! Horrible Customer Service!! Very dismissive and rude. Could not get a straight answer from her.
