I received from Sele-Dent a notice that I was delinquent on payment of two billing periods. My bank has the cancelled checks for one of the billing periods. The bank believes it may be too early to see cancelled checks only a week old. I called customer support and was put on hold for at least 30 minutes. Has Sele-Dent declared bankruptcy?
I have been with the Sele Dent family discount plan for years. I have been extremely happy and truly grateful for this plan. I had gone to a dentist and after receiving the estimated cost of my sons 2 cavities I didn't know what I was going to do or how I was going to pay. I then found Sele Dent. Myself, 2 daughters and son were able to go to the dentist for less than the 2 cavities were going to cost and that included the yearly Sele Dent fee. I highly recommend Sele Dent and the employees are also wonderful and always help... read more
