I can’t recommend Sele-Dent enough! I had actually been putting off getting my wisdom teeth out for years because I was so scared of the cost. The staff at Sele-Dent was absolutely amazing. Is not accepted anywhere. Outdated website information. Website never works and does not provide contact information. Poor to no customer service. Extremely long wait times.
Endlessly on hold. Unabel to contact a human being
They take a minimum of three months to send reimbursement and occasionally don’t get claims, so they have to be recent with another long waiting period before receipt of owed money. Also, long waits on hold when calling about claims.
I received from Sele-Dent a notice that I was delinquent on payment of two billing periods. My bank has the cancelled checks for one of the billing periods. The bank believes it may be too early to see cancelled checks only a week old. I called customer support and was put on hold for at least 30 minutes. Has Sele-Dent declared bankruptcy?
