The woman Lori is horrible. Rude. My mother who is in her 70s went to get a unit. She was told she would be prorated for the last 10 days of the month, which should have been $15. When Lori told my mother it was $30 my mom said “that doesn’t sound right” Lori replied with “it cost me more than that to drive down here”. there is also no office.
