My Park Model was delivered on Thursday. The Sewar line was broke in transit. Called Dean on Friday, he came out shortly thereafter and assessed the situation. Fixed the broken pipe and hooked into the septic system within a few hours. Highly recommend.
We were told by a neighbor that our toilet had a leak causing water in their bathroom. We called Selby Family Plumbing based on google reviews and we’re so glad we did!! Jeremiah and Brian came out, checked everything and found no leaks. They did recommend moving our shut off valve and washer valves in the near future. We will definitely be using them for any future needs.
Jeremiah arrived in the scheduled window, he even called me to give me an ETA. Once he arrived, I explained what the issue was and he went right to work. He kept me in the loop with everything he was doing and made the repair that was needed. Another company previous to Selby Family Plumbing quoted me thousands of dollars to fix the issue. That was absolutely not the case here. They were honest and fair with their assessment and charged me accordingly. Thank you! I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing need.
