Had an appointment in February and they told me they put a referral through to the surgery, and the waiting list would be 4-6 months. Fast forward 8 months and numerous phone calls checking if im still on the waiting list, only to come to find out after ringing the surgery myself that the referall was never sent through. The receptionists must have never checked for confirmation that the surgery even got it, or never sent the referral through in the first place. I have been coming to this Practice for 30 years, seriously, they are second to none & I always feel at ease when i arrive & more at ease when i leave, these have always been & still are now, great professionals & very friendly people.

Always get good care from selbourne road. Reception staff helpful and Dr Knowles particularly has been so helpful and efficient.

The receptionists are very rude and discrimitory towards people that have any kind of illness doesn't fit with what they want their patients to have, so if you ever need help outside of anything that they are used too, then beware, because they will be as awkward as possible towards you if you ever get ill with any kind of depression or any other mental illness. They will even make things up and lie about you as they did with someone that I know. I was supporting this person to their GP at Selbourne RD at the time lies made ... read more
