It's confusing that it says they are open till 4 on Fridays but I called at 2:15 &they was already closed so I asked the call center should I just call back on Monday & he said " Well it's the weekend & most places are closed on the weekend& I said did I miss a day is it Saturday & he said no it's Friday but it getting late so paves are closing & I looked at the time on my phone& it was only 2;15 so for a office that is really early to be closing& he said well so you want to eave a message or not& I was just shocked that he ... read more

W DO NOT GO HERE!!!! office made a mistake on my prescription and left off the bifocal portion. When i came back to find out why AFTER LENSES WERE GROUND ( $339) was told "Oh sorry, our mistake it was a typo"I had to have the lenses reground for another $339 ... YES...NO FRAMES JUST GROUND. .Insurance does not cover office error! This business offered NOTHING..not even an apology!!!!!
