Selah Pools doesn't uphold integrity. Anyone that is planning to select them as a vendor should be prepared to being the project manager throughout the entire process. Their turnover rate is high. We had 3 different PMs during the first few months of our project. My husband had to take on the role full time to manage them and their subcontractors. Selah Pools what can I say my husband and I had a great experience, considering this is our first pool. When we first met Lori Morris and Rudy F***** we were very impressed with their customer service and professionalism, they really care about the customer and their needs first, we cannot say one negative word toward Lori M*****, Rudy F***** and Selah Pools. Our pool design and building process with Selah Pools was absolutely amazing. From the minute I met Lori and Rudy, I knew we were in very capable hands. Starting with the initial consultation, Lori and Rudy spent time getting to know us and also our property. A week after the on-site visit we had a showroom visit where they presented a fantastic video rendering of the pool designed with our home as the background. This was a great experience. This is a newer company and that made us nervous at first but as soon as we sat down for our meeting and the entire team met with us and answered all of our questions we were sold. Mason first hooked us with his Digital images of our backyard that even included our dachshund. We could picture it! They might be a newer company but they've been in the business for a long time. Selah was straight up awesome! They were there every step of the way and Rudy is an expert when it comes to pool construction and he has almost 3 decades of experience in the industry. The office staff were very professional. Highly recommend Selah to anyone considering a pool or backyard project.
