Be very careful if you are looking at buying one of their homes here. I paid $40,000 for the home seen on this site it was on virgin lot. I made $15,000 of improvements and when the home was paid off they acknowledge it was paid off but after 18 months + they still refuse to give my title to me. According to the yakima county treasure and auditors office since they never did a title transfer i do not own it even tho they have forced me to pay their property taxes the past 12 years.
