RECENT UPDATE: Please BEWARE renting at Monarch, Plainfield. When I lived there, management ensured your safety and respect from the management staff and building superintendents. Now they have drastically changed and NOT for the good. They should be ashamed of themselves on how they treat seniors, the senior development in sparta, the are evicting so many seniors ever since the put Miryam Powell in charge. It used to be a happy place, she just ruined it. They are charging so much, how can senior afford to live. She keeps messing up and charging these fees that are wrong. So sad on seniors are treated.
