I would like to thank Delmy Balbuena for providing such an excellent and personalized service. She is knowlegable and easy to talk to while adhering to the building' rules. It is a really pleasure speaking with her. Really recommend her.
Stay away from brook bridge apartments at all costs. The property management company does not have proper certified maintenance workers on staff. Does not have an emergency number incase of emergencies. The property manager avoids the residents and refuses to address issues in and throughout the development. They say they will fix things and never get around to it. For the price they charge it isnt worth the hassle. You could find a nicer development for cheaper with qualified staff down the road.
RECENT UPDATE: Please BEWARE renting at Monarch, Plainfield. When I lived there, management ensured your safety and respect from the management staff and building superintendents. Now they have drastically changed and NOT for the good. I have relatives who currently reside there and love their unit, however the new superintendent and their relative who also works in the building has been harassing, leaving garbage at their door, and purposely towing their car to the point they are being targeted. i got to say that si have been living in St a george since 2022 and since the new management took place Delmy Balbuena ,she has taken her job seriously and been upfront all the issues that in the past where not solved and she has taken the time and effort to make the proper changes making it very helpful for all the residents ,I do appreciate here effort and work and looking forward to continue the great service 🥰🥰🥰
