Completely pathetic and ignorant. They took over Warren heights and since they have been managing our complex has gone drastically down hill. Day one of taking over they turn off the sprinkler systems. Now the lawn is burning brown and barely existent. There is litter all of the complex. Numerous things are broken in common areas. We have one maintenance man for over 200 apartments. Your maintenance requests go months even years with our being responded to. If I could give one star, I would. I have lived in Warren Heights 9 years. Sela took over and they don't even have an on call maintenance number. Ridiculous!
Horrible, they have a residence at 752 Grand Street in Jersey City New Jersey call the Arlington Arms. This place is a dump, the building is always dirty and the so-called super is MIA most of the time, this building is so dirty it has to be a health code violation. The invisible super mops maybe once a month and the floors are still stained with dirt because of the infrequent cleaning. The stairways are filthy they only get cleaned maybe 1 every 6 months.
