I just recently moved into the St.George in Harrison and the Sela team has been incredibly welcoming, attentive and responsive specifically Delmy.
Completely pathetic and ignorant. They took over Warren heights and since they have been managing our complex has gone drastically down hill. Day one of taking over they turn off the sprinkler systems. Now the lawn is burning brown and barely existent. There is litter all of the complex. Numerous things are broken in common areas. We have one maintenance man for over 200 apartments. Your maintenance requests go months even years with our being responded to.
