Anxious and overwhelmed with the state of my car, I found this auto place and did my best to explain what was going on. I asked if they could help but they had 5 customers ahead of me. However, a member of their team directed me to another auto place close by. when I say directed, I mean got in his car, had me follow behind. We get to the place and they are busy as well.
