Terrible company they make you money for the first 90 days than after that they starve you and never want you to pay off the truck once u make a year or close too it they want give you loads to make money just enough to cover truck note and expenses….
If his video is true and you let a driver go because he had a small mental breakdown on the side of the road. You should be ashamed of yourselves and reevaluate how you treat drivers. We're human and you can't tell me that any of you who work at this company hasn't had some sort of breakdown. Maybe he shouldn't have put it on tiktok but he's basically asking for help and you as a company thru him out like trash.
