I’ve been fighting with my pool all summer. Being the stubborn person that I am, I tried everything to get it right: algaecide, increase pH, more salt, replaced the salt cell, backwash, vacuum, countless hours of internet searching and still, my pool looked like Shrek’s swamp and the control system seemed to be fried harder than a burnt 3rd shift Waffle House egg. The worker only spent about 5 minutes at my pool cleaning. When I called to communicate to the owner. He got upset, didn’t listen to my concerns, told me to go somewhere and hung up on me. That was very unprofessional. I hope your company will take this feedback seriously and improve your service and communication.
