I felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely had a lot of fun letting go of some inhibitions. The instructor was great and the atmosphere was perfect. The woman at the front desk was also amazing and guided me through equipment needed and what to expect. Can't wait to come back!
I really enjoyed getting a great workout in while also sharpening my brain with trying to learn something new (the choreography). It was a great atmosphere, super comfortable, in a private room, and Ashley is a great instructor. I will definitely do my best to join again. I don't live in Bend, but I loved this so much that I'm already planning my work trips to fit the class in.
Went here for a bach weekend and it was so fun and Bee was so wonderful!! Highly recommend!
Instructor (Andrew) was very knowledgeable and modified the class to meet all the students where they were at. We had someone injured in class and they were able to help them do all of the moves everyone else was doing with some adjustments. The class flowed really well, and I felt successful at the end.
