Sekse’ is such a great place to work out! I particularly love Bee’s early morning classes. She’s fun, friendly, encouraging, knowledgeable and totally non-shaming! Highly recommend this great start to your day, week, month, year, life.
I would highly recommend this company! We did the high maintenance pole dancing class package for a bachelorette trip and everyone had so much fun! A few of the girls were nervous, but the instructors were so welcoming and positive and truly created a great experience for everyone! Thank you guys!!
The Bliss dance on Saturday was amazing I had a great time
Got invited by my friend and had an awesome time in the Bliss Dance Workout Class. The teachers and folks in class were kind, supportive, and energetic! It was cool to feel confident to dance around and not worry about if someone would stare or leer, the class was fun and felt safe. Different challenge levels were able to be accommodated and encouraged by the team!
Clean building. Smelled great. Compassionate instructors. Welcoming vibe. The nicest gals I've ever met! Can't wait to come back and connect to my divine femininity Seriously good workout
