Everything about this experience was awesome! I was greeted by Barb upon arrival and shown where to go for class and she made me feel super welcome, so did my instructor!! Everyone is so lovely here :)
Sekse Fit is the best dance studio I’ve ever been a part of. The energy, support, and community have made such a positive impact in my life. Sekse Fit allows you to show up as your whole self and creates an environment where you feel creative, sexy, and inspired. If you haven’t taken a class, please do yourself a favor and go for it! I have so much gratitude in my heart for everything Sekse is and stands for. So glad I get to be a part of this wonderful community with such special people!
Great teachers, great music, fun class!
The intro pole class was taught superbly. The teacher- I forgot her name- Fritz maybe- broke down the moves into separate segments that seemed reasonable. Even though I was not able to do them all, I felt that with more time and practice I would be able to succeed.
Barb was fantastic It was accessible and fun and helped me feel super sexy I want everyone to experience that
