DO NOT USE SEKO WORLDWIDE!!! I ordered a couch from Walmart.com on the 20th of December. It was not supposed to come until the 13th of January, 2014. Seko would be the ones physically delivering it. However on December the 30 I received a phone call from on of their driver saying that he would be delivering it the next day (31st) around 5 o'clock. I also looked on my Harmony tracking information and saw that the delivery date had been changed to the 31st as well. Around 4:30 on the 31st while I was wrapping up my day at work... read more
Terrible company. Customer service does not answer the phone. 5 day delivery took one month!
