If I could give a 0 I would. Tracking showed their local terminal ( one hour away from me) received my package on Dec 5th. I was told they'd call me with a delivery date right away, never did. After weeks of no communication with me directly and every excuse in the book to the supplier, they finally delivered the package on Dec. 21, still with no phone call to schedule it, no phone call when they were 1/2 hour away like I was told I'd get, and they tried to deliver my $8,000 item it to the wrong house!
