Nash from Seko Logistics was outstanding. He went above and beyond to deliver a large stand-up paddleboard to my home, even though the truck couldn’t make it up my driveway. He worked with me to unpack it on the street and kindly offered to take all the packaging with him. After he left, I realized I’d forgotten the fin — I called him, and he came back to help me retrieve it. Courteous, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout. Great service!
This shipping outfit is extremely lacing in communication. I'm a consignee and I had called and spoken with an agent and was told a driver would contact me about delivery I wanted delivered on a certain day. Never received a call back. This screwed my logistics. Even FedEx is better than these yahoo's.
