This company has a very poor standard for shipping things on time, mind you I am only 5 hours away from their facility and they have waited over two weeks to ship my package. Their customer service isn’t helpful and I still have not received any updates. We are going on over two weeks now and I will not be using them again.

This company has been horrible to deal with. They lost our TV and after a month was able to locate it. It came broken and it took them a week for a pick up time it was supposed to be picked up this morning between 9 am and 11 am. Called them at noon. They said they'd be here within half an hour it's currently 2 and still nothing. Never been so frustrated with a shipping company before

I ordered a tv that was shipped to this company who were then going to ship it to my location. We set a time to deliver the TV. I had to cancel events to be available for the delivery. They called to cancel the scheduled delivery because of a sick employee. At the very end of the time window they told me to have available. I’m a little annoyed they called me after I waited for a delivery they knew they wouldn’t deliver. The employee didn’t get sick during the middle of the delivery.
