I have had nothing but wonderful experience shipping with SEKO. Our product is on all seven continents, and SEKO has been able to get our product into every corner of the earth we throw at them. Oddly, Canada and Mexico are the most difficult for us. Note that these negative reviews likely are not a result of SEKO, but rather whatever shipper the reviewer decided to go with. Ordered a large item from Vevor, they used Seko Logistics for shipping, Seko says 3-5 business days for delivery, they had the package since May 24th and still have not delivered it to me as of June 5th! Called customer support, they explained it's sitting at the delivery terminal but they didn't set up the delivery appointment for two more days! They won't let me just go pick it up either! Super disappointed because this package is delaying the work that needs to be done for two weeks now. They don't plan their logistics co... read more
