Shockingly slower than UPS, USPS, and Fed Ex… shameful since this is a private shipping company… paid 300 bucks for 3-5 day service for a product from Cali on the 9th of March it’s the 17th and I still don’t have package… Every time I call I’m being told different days and times and that’s so unacceptable… sad to say but this is probably the worst shipping company ever and that’s saying something compared to USPS especially
Very professional, made appointment on time, delivery went flawless which is unusual nowadays
Sales and accounting are a wreck at this place, would not recommend for white glove service
