We ordered are doors in August and have been told every time we call or when we go in that they are still not in the last time we called before going in the said one to two weeks and then went in and was told another three weeks I feel they are just giveing the go around so they don’t have to do anything to deal with are complaints. I called SEK overhead door in August and set the appointment for August 23, 2024 at 1pm. I spoke with Craig over the phone. The day of the scheduled appointment I took off work to be there at my residence. I waited around and Hour and a half after the appointment time. I called several times and was told they would be there. The second phone call I made to cancel the appointment due to other obligations I was called by the technician and told they were in their way which would be about 20 minuets.
