An average American doctor with incompetent staff. Be ready to wait for an hour in the waiting room. Be ready for your visit to be misclassified, causing your insurance to refuse to pay. The office is open 8-5, but nobody will answer after 4PM. And don’t expects callbacks - you yourself should call them to make sure everything is aligned.
Shes one of the nicest and most patient doctors I have come across. Shes been my PCP for about 2 years and I would highly reccommend her.
The absolute most inefficient office I have ever dealt with. Receptionists in front don't know what receptionists in back are doing. After dealing with multiple receptionists in a two wk period to have a prescription for a procedure faxed to the radiologist so the procedure could be scheduled, I still had to wait well over an hour at patient registration the day of the appointment because the order was sent without Dr. Jain's signature. It isn’t easy to find a PCP who takes the time to listen to your history and concerns, and even circles back to go deeper on certain issues. My first appointment with Dr. Jain was great. She is thorough, compassionate, and has a kind bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Jain!
