I bought a lip light battery bracket 3 weeks ago and I have not even gotten an email saying it’s been shipped. I have called twice and emailed twice with no responses. I am being to feel like they just stole my money. Update: After sending my review, they finally found my order, emails, and phone calls and I just received my product. Customer service here is at its best! I watched as Luanne helped a young flight student pick out two lip lights! He had so many questions, she was very helpful! He had been sent by a flight instructor to get the light and knew the story of how they came to be!!
