Stayed for 5 nights in the family apartment, the rooms are satisfactory besides minor inconveniences with no major failures, the pullout rangehood was functional but dangling, and both the bathroom exhaust and shower curtains were inadequate, making a fine but unpleasant messy shower. The staff were unwelcoming. After reporting a broken elevator, a manager on duty was hugely uncommunicative to our group after checking out the problem, ultimately just swatting us away, without denoting that elevator had problems to any other ... read more
