Haven't had any issues here. Wait times are pretty typical. Can wait in your car and they'll call when they're ready for you. Dr. Michael in particular has been very helpful, friendly, and easy to understand. Convenient having the pharmacy in the same building.
We are a family of 5 and we have our family doctor at this clinic. We also come for walk-ins as needed when the kids are sick. I find it convenient that there’s a pharmacy inside to fill prescriptions.
I’ve been going to this doctor’s office for a long time now and I don’t even know why I keep going. Even when I make appointments I’m still left sitting in the waiting room for an extra 45 minutes. When I ask the front desk what’s taking so long they just say “you’ll be the next one” when multiple people that had later appointments then I did have already been checked out. I am no longer a patient with this clinic due to ongoing negative experiences as a patient of Dr. Rizk. He could never remember who I was or my history with him and was clearly not interested in spending more than 5-10 minutes in an appointment. He did not seem interested in helping me address health concerns. He minimized multiple issues and was hesitant to provide referrals when I requested them.
