Seiko is the best in the SGV! the team is excellent and super communicative about the status of the car while in service. They always send a details breakdown of the condition of your car and won't push any unnecessary services your car doesn't need. My prius is over 10 years old and they've kept it in great shape!
The team at Seiko’s was so wonderful. They were very thorough and helpful at every step of the process making sure to notify us what was going on with our car. If you like to be involved in your car repairs, I definitely recommend Seiko’s auto service since it is one of their priorities to always keep you informed and accommodate your car needs.
I asked for a brake inspection as I knew I needed brake service. I was given a complete inspection of the vehicle for 150 dollars.I reluctantly agreed but I did not ask for a complete inspection. I was instantly uneasy to have this complete inspection initiated before any service could be done. They did a great job on the brake service but It was ungodly expensive as if it were the dealership.
