Sims-Lohman / Amber Moreland I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the kitchen and primary bathroom cabinet project recently completed at my home. From the initial design consultation through the final installation, the entire process exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the dedication and expertise Amber Moreland (Designer) brought to this project. I would not hesitate to recommend Amber and Sims- Lohman for their services to others seeking high - quality kitchen and bath cabinetry.
These guys are some of the biggest scammers I know. These guys should be shut down for the things they do. Cabinets arrived damaged and con artists. They sell you one thing and the contract says another, so be careful and read the fine print. They don't know how to build cabinets in the first place, they left gaps in the framework and splits from the packaging. Then they threaten the buyer to try to scare them from taking action. Do not do business with these people. It's laughable how they are even still in business.
I will not suggest anybody to buy cabinets from them. I worked with Amber so call designer. They will give some sample cabinet to you to visualize the kitchen cabinet and will earn the business from you but during the timeframe between your order and delivery they will silently without taking your approval will change the color/material to minimize their cost. We found you 24 years ago since previous owners used your cabinets. We purchased additional cabinets to keep everything consistent. Now it's bathroom remodeling time and ordered new vanity today! Helpful and pleasant staff. Meet the owner every time I walk in, impressive!! Great products, beautiful showroom and very helpful staff!
