I didn't really like the communication. I had to keep richard out to see the status of my twain for almost two years, to get 7,500. Of course, they took the bigger portion, which is 10,000 when I spoke with them, they said, hey, your expense came up to 7,500. Then turn around. That's what I'm getting I waited too long and reached out too many times to get this small portion. I don't even have the car anymore. Next time, I will use my personal lawyer. He's way cheaper and good at what you do.

My experience with this firm has been deeply frustrating and far from what I was led to expect based on their glowing reviews.
