Horrible, unprofessional behavior. If your medical debacle is a VERY SIMPLE black and white case, they have ZERO interest in attempting to get ANYTHING from the doctor! They do NOT want to “work” for their client or their portion of the possible settlement. Somehow, I sincerely feel they must get some sort of kick back from either the doctor, practice or hospital to sweep your complaint under the carpet. 🤫🤐Absolutely DESPICABLE!
