Please DO NOT hire Joseph Seifert. I made that mistake and it cost my family over a year of stress, money, and legal risk. Here is exactly what happened: He took our money in advance but sat on our papers for 3 months (August to November) before filing, with no explanation. He gave dangerous advice. He told me to rely on repeated entries on my ESTA visa every 3 months. I later learned this risked a permanent ban and deportation. He advised the wrong strategy. I have been trying to get in contact with them to get my retainer back that I never even used. They will not return and emails or calls and it’s been a year I hired them for a potential case they never answer any of my calls I had to hire another attorney to take care of the potential case. I reached out to this place to try to get my retainer back and I have multiple emails and phone calls all documented with no reply whatsoever. Absolutely terrible, Once they get your money, the communication ends I’m supposed to be paying somebody for a settlement. They never gave me a copy of my settlement and they will not return my calls or emails for the last four months trying to get that information. They will purposely just blatantly ignore you will be filing a complaint

Scott and Jude were a blessing in my family custody court case. In a position that I thought I would lose custody and placement when I first hired Seifert and associates. Fast forward, 1.5 years later and tons of hard work by Scott and Jude, my court case was settled without going to trial. The results were also the best I could have hoped for. Joint legal custody was reinstated and placement was set to 50/50. I can't thank them enough for all the hard work they put in on the case.
