I would not recommend this firm to anyone. The lawyer I was working with never responded to emails or voice mails, and then the firm fires him and then less then a week after that they drop my case and I'm back to square one. Nothing like wasting a year.
I cant say enough good things about Seiferling Law and specifically William Vavra. I contacted Will out of the blue on a cold call, he spoke with me immediately, worked on a short (3 day) turnaround, vigorously defended my interests, secured concessions from the opposition and charged an extremely reasonable rate. If you want someone to fight with you and not just work at building billable hours these are the folks and this is the guy.
