Called Seidner’s Collision inquiring about repairs to my 2018 Honda Civic since I was involved in my first ever collision, Spoke to the kind young women in the front desk Katia Cervantes who explained the process very clearly and brought some relief to this frustrating situation. She made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond making sure my questions and concerns were answer. Called my insurance today and will be bringing my vehicle here as soon as possible! Great customer service right off the bat!
