Like everyone else on this site it is nearly impossible to contact this Chestertown office. I told them about this issue and was given an employee's private number. It has been hit or miss over the last few years with my satisfaction with the doctors. Now after checking out the prices for glasses at other places before making my first purchase here they are more expensive. Now I am patiently waiting for them to arrive, which has been over the allotted time frame. Hopefully these glasses will be worth the wait and price!
