The guys in parts were great. I called to ask if they had what I need, then dropped by 15 minutes later to buy it and they had it. 5 minutes in & out. Prices are what you’d expect from OEM, what I bought was priced slightly lower than online
This review is from the recent service I received at Seidel Hyundai. I arrived for my service appointment at 9:00 AM. I received a text from Marcos, my point person ,shortly thereafter letting me know I could contact him, via text message, anytime during my car being serviced. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, and he told me my car would be done by 11:00 AM. Since I had some time to wait, I decided to utilize the free shuttle service. Best experience I have had with a car dealer. From the buying process to the service. I text the man who sold me the car and he sets up appointments that met my hectic schedule. The men in service pulled my car up to the service door for me since it was raining. I just wish they had Saturday service hours. My schedule has gotten more hectic and I need oil changes quite often.
The service department lied to me and told me that my 2017 Elantra doesn’t have an oil indicator light when I asked why the oil light didn’t come on when the car was low on oil. They further lied by telling me it is normal for the car to burn 4 quarts of oil and have no oil left before the car is due for an oil change. They said that isn’t a malfunction; it’s “normal wear and tear”.
