I live in the SEICAA senior housing building. I be like it a lot. There is occasional entertainment and a weekly craft group. I have my own private space as well. Maintenance does a good job keeping everything up to standard and sometimes above standard. All SEICAA Employees on staff are very helpful and stop to explain anything not being understood and are knowledgeable.
They are there to help people who don't have a lot of money for rent. The apartment complexes that they manage are full but they have me all the forms I need to get on their list.
