I was with this insurance company for over three years. In the beginning, it was a great experience and felt like a true, customer-focused group. Trinity and Joey were fantastic—responsive, knowledgeable, and always able to handle any issue without hesitation. Tae Hale is hands down the best, most efficient, and most responsive person I have worked with in all my decades of dealing with all things insurance. It is nice to not dread having to reach out with questions or to make changes, and she is such a breath of fresh air. Keep being awesome Tae! Trinity took the time to clearly explain all my options and found a policy that met my needs at a lower rate than what I was previously paying. Highly recommend working with him!
