I'm updating my review. When this was The Real Good Group they were pretty awesome in customer service, but we just recently bought a new vehicle and I was trying to get a quote but the response time if the agent is the worst. I called on Monday afternoon and had to leave a message. I didn't get a call back until the next day after 4pm. I was with this insurance company for over three years. In the beginning, it was a great experience and felt like a true, customer-focused group. Trinity and Joey were fantastic—responsive, knowledgeable, and always able to handle any issue without hesitation. Unfortunately, after SeibertKeck acquired the company, the quality of service declined significantly. Tae Hale is hands down the best, most efficient, and most responsive person I have worked with in all my decades of dealing with all things insurance. It is nice to not dread having to reach out with questions or to make changes, and she is such a breath of fresh air. Keep being awesome Tae!
