I have been seeing Liv for one on one Pilates sessions following abdominal surgery. I love her holistic approach for treatment and recovery, and I’ve seen such an improvement in my overall strength and mobility since seeing her. Her knowledge of women’s health regarding pre/post natal is not only impressive but has been instrumental in my recovery. Honestly she is the absolute best and I would recommend her to anyone.
