I’m so glad I was introduced to Taylor at Se Bella Salon. She’s talented, welcoming, and instantly puts you at ease. It felt like connecting with an old friend, and I left with a fresh, flattering style that’s easy to maintain. A wonderful experience from start to finish.
What a miserable experience. My stylist was Kimberly. She kept me waiting 15 minutes without apology. Then she “warehoused” me for 45 minutes with dye on my hair (standard is 30 minutes), as she squeezed in another customer for a haircut. When I stood up & said I didn’t want to keep the dye on any longer, another staff member rinsed it out. I had enough, and with my hair still wet, asked to pay and leave. Kimberly did not acknowledge or apologize to this clearly not satisfied customer.
Lo gave me an amazing haircut! She cut it curly and went through the trouble of blowing it out to blend the layers straight as well. Super thorough and it came out perfect :-)
