Kim was the sweetest person ever and on top of that she did an amazing job! She’s so easy to talk to and did exactly what I wanted! I would recommend her to anyone such a sweetheart! I will be back
I’m so glad I was introduced to Taylor at Se Bella Salon. She’s talented, welcoming, and instantly puts you at ease. It felt like connecting with an old friend, and I left with a fresh, flattering style that’s easy to maintain. A wonderful experience from start to finish.
What a miserable experience. My stylist was Kimberly. She kept me waiting 15 minutes without apology. Then she “warehoused” me for 45 minutes with dye on my hair (standard is 30 minutes), as she squeezed in another customer for a haircut. When I stood up & said I didn’t want to keep the dye on any longer, another staff member rinsed it out. I had enough, and with my hair still wet, asked to pay and leave. Kimberly did not acknowledge or apologize to this clearly not satisfied customer.
