What a miserable experience. My stylist was Kimberly. She kept me waiting 15 minutes without apology. Then she “warehoused” me for 45 minutes with dye on my hair (standard is 30 minutes), as she squeezed in another customer for a haircut. When I stood up & said I didn’t want to keep the dye on any longer, another staff member rinsed it out. I had enough, and with my hair still wet, asked to pay and leave. Kimberly did not acknowledge or apologize to this clearly not satisfied customer.
Lo gave me an amazing haircut! She cut it curly and went through the trouble of blowing it out to blend the layers straight as well. Super thorough and it came out perfect :-)
Carrie is the best color stylist I have in all of New England! I have a YouTube-based podcast that has me globetrotting on a yearly basis: making sure my color is spot on is crucial and complicated when I need to find people in various countries or parts of the USA while recording. (I have a full-head fine-weave blonde highlight situation, and it takes an expert hand and eye to know, match, and maintain.)
