The gentleman to administer the anesthesia to my son for his surgery was phenomenal. I have less than good things to say about their billing department. If it were possible to give negative stars I would. I received a bill 4 months after my sons surgery for the amount of my provider negotiated discount based on my insurance and where I work. I am a single mother and received a random letter stating they are taking me to court for a $175 bill from January 2016. When i was covered by medicaid and Blue cross. The company failed to get my medicaid information from the hospital but did get my blue cross information. So after 4 years they are telling me I have to pay them for their mess up.
