Nothing against Dr Han . I asked her if surgery was covered by Medicare and she said " check with receptionist". Why can't people be honest when asked a question? I was told that I would have to "book" the surgery date in order to find out if it was covered under my insurance (My insurance being Medicare, I would assume they would know already if it was covered for fixing a deviated septum) Its not like I was the 1st Patient with Medicare to come to hr office. "We won't look unless you are serious because it's so much work".

Very angry disappointed with the office super overcharging ($460 for 10min when no surgery is done) or being not transparent about their charge. I was referred to the office for ear wax removal. Called in advance and ask what the cost can be and was told will not know until finish the visit. On the appointment day, I spent about 5 at most 10minutes with the Dr. Han, ear wax is not completely fixed and was told I need to come back. Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Han! Did an amazing job with surgery to remove tons of polyps in my sinuses & straightened a very deviated septum. Not a hint of bruising or swelling and really, no pain. She also referred me to the dentist for a brooding problem she saw on CAT scan and to an excellent allergist and dermatologist to deal with more associated side issues. VERY HAPPY! P.S. Always returns calls promptly as well.

I saw Dr. Han for a septoplasty and repair of the nasal valve. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience! From my very first visit, Dr. Han made me feel super comfortable - after talking through what surgery would entail - I went home and did research on my own. I then came back a few weeks later and went through all my questions and concerns - Dr. Han was amazing. She was very patient and clear in what she would be performing during surgery, what recovery would entail, and how lon
