Awesome experience - the customer service was great and very flexible to my schedule. Book a tandem bike for four hours. The bike was very smooth and light, easy to ride. helmets lock and tool kit were complementary.
I enjoyed the experience. Graham was cool to hang out with. The Segways were a great way to see Monterey without fighting traffic and finding a parking spot. We did the Recreation Trail Tour while on vacation in Monterey. Our guide Graham did a great job of getting us geared up, refreshed on the safe operation of the Segway and on the road. We started in Pacific Grove and followed the recreation trail through Monterey for about 10 miles to Fort Ord Dunes State Park. Graham's route included scenic stops in the Cannery area, information on John Steinbeck and other influential residents, and multiple photo opportunities. It was my 1st time riding Segway. Jerry taught us how to balance ourselves n ride in less than 15mins and then we started our tour. The route had breathtaking views of the pacific coast . We also stopped at a Monarch sanctuary to see butterflies, hummingbirds. Highly recommend this fun activity with friends and family
