We have no air circulation in our building it’s been 2 months or more since you made your first service call. Parts never available . Every year it’s the same thing . Condo 1931 St Joseph blvd. This is a health matter now.
Shout out to Christian of Seguin Morris . He came out to troubleshoot a problem I was having with airflow in my condo unit. Unbeknownst to me, aside from the filter beside the furnace, there are two ERV filters under a ceiling panel that require periodic cleaning. They were completely blocked. Christian thoroughly cleaned the filters and took time to fully explain the HVAC system to me as I am new to condo HVAC systems.
