I used Segreto for my entire home. I chose them because I heard they were the best. Nothing could be further from the truth. It has been a truly terrible experience in almost every way. The sales rep / project manager lies and refuses to take accountability for poor work product. Segreto management has no interest in making the situation right. Our favorite servers are T and Pearl! They understand great cocktails and are especially adept at understanding what a customer wants in a cocktail, helping to guide them to the perfect choice that makes the evening even more amazing!
