I found this guy thinking he was with sears, so felt safe and confident, my ice maker had stopped making ice , he came replaced the ice maker itself w o even seeing if that was the problem, needless to day next day didn't work no ice, I called him he promised he'd be at my house that day to fix it , I waited hours so called him again, and again said I'm coming, hours later I called yet again and again he lied said he was coming.
