Drugs, roads are bad, slum lords come and go. When I moved never got anything for the Mobile home I bought and payed off. Avoid and stay away.
Dirtiest, nastiest mobile home park in town. The homes are entirely to close, the road is in shambles, looks like a mobile home junk yard. If you don't mind run down trashed mobile homes that are turned into trap houses then by all means this is the place for you!
It's not a good place to look at. I would not want to live here!
I visited some friends there and it looks very nice compared to a lot of parks
