Dr. Segar is one of the best rheumatologist I've been to since I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis in 1997.
Called multiple times to setup an appointment. Left a voicemail with my contact information. Never received a callback.
Excellent Doctor, takes time with patient and asks questions. Pays attention to his patients.
