I did not have the opportunity to see this doctor. I called in to see if they were accepting new patients to begin the process of receiving care. They said they were. Then a week later when I called to follow-up, they told me they weren’t. The very next day they emailed me a link to set up my portal and called me to make an appointment. When I called to ask to be fully removed from their system to prevent any more speed bumps to care they hung up on me. I am 78 years old and for several years have been bothered by osteoarthritis.......Within 6 months Dr. Segar diagnosed my problem and put me on medication that has completely eliminated my arthritis pain. He is genuinely interested in helping me feel better......Only wish I had seen him sooner!

Jessica is amazing. She was genuine and caring will be coming back to see her. nurse was very sweet. While my husband was getting lab I heard the blonde lady being extremely hateful to staff. If it wasn’t for how Jessica was with my husband we would not be back.
I have a referral and have been calling with no answer for a month. No has called back and no one has called to schedule an appointment either. Don’t waste your time with this place.
