David is so unprofessional, do not deal with him or his agency. He was rude and had 0% customer service or skills. Stay away from him especially; it was the worst experience ever. will never do business with this agency or him!!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I have been with Segal Insurance since I purchased my home in 2009. In June of this year, Vermont Mutual contacted me to say my homeowner's policy will be cancelled because they are no longer going to do business with Segal Insurance. I contacted the owner, David, because the letter was upsetting, his only response was that "we had time" and then went on to interrogate me about not having my auto policy with him as well.
