David is so unprofessional, do not deal with him or his agency. He was rude and had 0% customer service or skills. Stay away from him especially; it was the worst experience ever.
Unresponsive to my and my bank's policy info requests, keep transferring me to some other offices that are also useless, do not call back or answer emails on multiple occasions, and have an attitude to boot. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. How could any business, let alone an insurance agency run like that is beyond me.
Segal insurance has been taking care of my vehicles for over 30 years. Always a great experience and when I’ve needed them they have always been there for me.
I've been with them for 15 years. I've always gotten excellent service (even when they were fixing my mistakes!) and very good rates.
