Initially needed a spare part for which Alan, the Service Manager, was able to organise delivery to my home address (he even sent a photo of the part to confirm it was the one I needed...fantastic customer service). I replaced the damaged part with the new one, but discovered water tank still leaked. My wife took the water tank to Segafredo Zanetti Perth office where the service technician was able to quickly diagnose the problem and replace a faulty value.
