Make sure to try the machine in store and taste the coffee. If you buy a machine and don't like the coffee, they will not exchange or refund. Danny Segafredo from the Melbourne store yelled at me over the phone when I tried to exchange the Gaggia Prestige I had bought less than a week earlier because it was too loud and coffee tasted terrible. I ordered the Hot Choc hot chocolate, and it is incredibly smooth and tasty. I can't wait to get home from work every night so l can make myself a delicious, smooth and creamy not chocolate.
Great coffee excellent service, really fast delivery. Been buying for a few years now, always good service and coffee. Price is creeping up up up - used to buy it for $76 - now its $98 - wow eh
