Great service, knowledgeable advice when buying a coffee machine

Coffee stocks, ordering, delivery and communication right up to deliver was top class
We are just a small client (private household) and it would be nice to be able to buy the Gaccia descalder by itself and not in a kit. Customer service, repairs, delivery (also to the outback!) is all brilliant
