One particular receptionist. Don't remember her name. But she has a bob, she needs to sort her attitude out. Playing God with patients when they ring for an appointment. Grow up. You'd think I'd asked her to cure cancer the way she was because she had to give my son an emergency appointment today. Bearing in mind he's 12 & has a terminal disease. The attitude on her, it's people like her that put your patients off ringing up to see their doctors. Which leads to late diagnosis. I've put a complaint in to the relevant people. ... read more
We’ve recently joined the Dr’s after 30 years with our previous GP’S. We had problems with our old Dr’s.I cannot fault the GP’s & receptionists enough. Especially Linda & Lorraine. Amazing medical receptionists they both go out there way to help you. Dr’s are lovely they listen to you: Once again thank you to Linda & Lorraine.
